Group Blanket Identity Theft Resolution Service

Secure Identity System Silver is a sponsored blanket Identity Theft Resolution Program with onsite educational seminars included. This blanket program is provided to a specified group, or to all customers/members of the financial institution as a no-cost, added-value benefit, providing the financial institution with an authentic way of saying, “Thank you for choosing us for your financial needs.” This essential benefit provides high-touch, personalized identity theft counseling and managed identity theft resolution with a professionally trained Resolution Advocate. This component is considered crucial in the event one of your customers/members becomes a victim of identity theft.

The Managed Resolution Process

  • A plan member calls the financial institution; the financial institution submits the victim’s report to the provider.
  • A professional Resolution Advocate is assigned to the case within one (1) business day.
  • The Resolution Advocate contacts the victim and conducts an initial interview to determine the type of identity theft, and what steps need to be taken.
  • A personalized Resolution Plan is compiled, including all the steps and necessary forms recommended to recover the victim’s good name.
  • The Resolution Plan is delivered to the member by their choice of receipt (e-mail for immediate delivery, or overnight delivery by Federal Express).
  • The Advocate is available to answer any questions or concerns that the victim has throughout the entire resolution process.

Group Blanket Identity Theft Resolution Service Plus Expense Reimbursement Insurance*

Secure Identity System Gold is a sponsored blanket Identity Theft Resolution Program which includes the added benefit of up to $7,500 in expense reimbursement insurance. Like Secure Identity System Silver, this blanket program is also provided to a specified group, or to all customers/members of the financial institution as a no-cost, added-value benefit.

Secure Identity System Platinum™
Comprehensive ID Theft Protection Program

Secure Identity System Platinum is a complete identity theft detection, resolution and reimbursement plan* that provides the most comprehensive benefits package available today. The Platinum Product offers managed resolution, continuous total identity monitoring touching over 1,000 databases per month, and a generous expense reimbursement plan.

> Reimbursement of Expenses*
